On Scheduling an Appointment

We are currently recommending the use of the application form.
Please refer to the "General Guide of SSC Counseling Services."

Be sure to check the following upon visiting the SSC.

To prevent the spread of the COVID-19, we ask for understanding and cooperation in the following matters when you visit our room.

• Please wash your hands before entering the room.
• Please wear a mask.
• Please keep the social distance at least 2 meters.
• If you are not feeling well, please do not come to the room. In such cases, please contact us by email or phone.

"General Guide for SSC Counseling Services"

The Student Support Center opens to provide counseling for various problems and concerns that students may face in their student life. We also collaborate with other organizations.

Please understand the following contents when you use the counseling services.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.

1. We can complete the counseling session one time or continue regularly (e.g., one time per week). You can discuss with your counselor whether to continue or complete the session.
2. An appointment has priority. Please make an appointment in advance for applying the counseling.
3. If you need to cancel or reschedule the counseling session, please let us know soon. Please contact gakroom☆office.tut.ac.jp(*Please replace ☆ to @.) even after the starting time of the session.

On Information Handling in Counseling

As a basic rule, we thoroughly protect an individual's privacy, and so that you used counseling, and what you said during the counseling never leak outside. We only share the information upon consent except the following two cases.

1. There is a possibility that your life or others' lives may be in danger.
2. There is a possibility that you have broken the law.
